Yes, but the NAV for Aztech Gbl is actually lower than 0.535, so the boss might try and delist this stock with a low ball offer which is very common in SGX stock market. That is also one reason investors choose to shun away from SGX and that is why people always say Singapore stock market is a zombie stock market with low trading volume.

Usually yes, if most shareholders decides to sell their shares away to the boss when a company decide to delist. Then a small percentage of shareholders who don't want to sell away their shares will also have no choice but to sell away their shares at the offer price for delisting. If the company already delist, the shares would become worthless for shareholders who don't sell. I don't believe anyone will do that.

Unlikely to have good news, that's why last report they didn't report their order book numbers. Likely this time they are rushing their Q1 report to be before ex dividend date, so that when the not so good report come out, the stock won't drop so much cause people will continue to hold for dividends. The stock is fundamentally sound, hold for mid to long term, it will take patience.

The boss hold 70% of the shares... he is getting the payout too. At the same time, this will likely make the Aztecs GLBT more attractive to investors. So this is actually killing two birds with a stone.

nothing oh

If the boss buy more shares then we shouldn't be worried too much. He bought in more shares in June 2024 at the price of 0.90 cents... details might vary as this is from my memories.

in fact I am very worry about if the shares price staying low... The boss might delist the company and pay us slightly above market rate. This has happened before, and he make millions of dollars on this. This is the 2nd time it got listed. I afraid he uses the same tactics again.
$Aztech Gbl (8AZ.SG)$Dividend 0.10 This stock represents how much dividend yield? More than 10%. Its a lot ? If SATS also declare dividend, will it drop?

AccreditionCat : But nobody would want to sell back the shares at a loss to him. Unless The buy back is way above market price

Asherboy88 : If he delist is it a must to sell it back to him since some of us bought it when it was in their highs
