That is also one reason investors choose to shun away from SGX and that is why people always say Singapore stock market is a zombie stock market with low trading volume.

Then a small percentage of shareholders who don't want to sell away their shares will also have no choice but to sell away their shares at the offer price for delisting. If the company already delist, the shares would become worthless for shareholders who don't sell. I don't believe anyone will do that.
