YUNNAN WATER (06839.HK) subsidiary intends to sell Dali Fourth Water Plant for 89.9526 million yuan.
On April 28, Gelonghui announced that YUNNAN WATER (06839.HK) signed a trade contract on April 28, 2025, wherein the seller, Dali Water Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), agreed to sell and the buyer, Dali Innovation Construction Development Co., Ltd., agreed to acquire the Dali Fourth Water Plant for a price of 89.9526 million RMB. Based on the needs of the company's global strategy development and internal management, the company has decided to proceed with the sale. The Directors believe that the sale will alleviate the current financial difficulties of the group and reduce the level of company debt and the debt-to-asset ratio.
