Shengbai Holdings Limited was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2003. To date, our team of about 300 people has managed the floors of public and private residential, commercial and industrial buildings in Hong Kong and mainland China. Interior decoration and special projects The Interior Decoration and Special Projects Division (ISP) was established in Hong Kong, China in December 2006. Following the rapid development of the ISP business, ISP was reorganized into ISP Holdings Limited (stock code: 02340.HK) on December 1, 2012, due to the creation of independent expertise in renovation, renovation, decoration, and small to medium construction projects. We are a registered general construction contractor providing clients with a complete solution covering planning, consultancy, project management and construction, including all-inclusive interior design and decoration, remodeling and addition, and renovation projects. Special building construction projects are also our key business, and related projects generally include specific interior decoration projects.
