NAURA Technology Group (002371.SZ): intends to increase capital for its wholly-owned subsidiary and participate in the capital increase for the Electronic Control production investment.
On April 18, Glanwa announced that NAURA Technology Group (002371.SZ) disclosed that in order to accelerate the implementation of NAURA Technology Group's Global Strategy, the company plans to use its wholly-owned subsidiary NAURA Technology Group Innovation Investment (Peking) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "NAURA Venture Capital") as an investment platform. It will invest 0.4 billion RMB each with Peking Electronic Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Peking Electronic Control") through a private agreement to increase capital in Peking Electronic Control's subsidiary, Peking Electronic Control Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Electronic Control Industry Investment"). The Electronic Control Industry Investment will mainly invest in the application fields of Integrated Circuits, AI, and the Internet of Things through funds and Private Equity.
