• philip shaffer : because it based off the vix futures.  may and June.  ho to thr vix futures for may and June and the percentage this moves fall between the 2 plus when the futures get outnof backwardation this will just climb up with it being in backwardation it's being held down

• philip shaffer : once the vix futures get out of backwardation this will slowly climb over time. with the huge moves put all the vix futures in backwardation so it holds this down.

• philip shaffer OP Cui Nyonya Kueh : yea where it's based on may and April futures not the actual vix it self the percentage move falls in the middle of both. plus vix will come down when we get back to the .5%-1% moves again. Just joe it came reach there before another crazy announcement

• Cui Nyonya Kueh philip shaffer OP : I am looking at vix index. there's a double top formation so those longs need to KO first... we short here we should be good as it's rebound but I don't see it up so much unless U go to the proshares ones but too expensive.
