1. Why relate government policies to public listed companies instead of encouraging more business activities and tax payers?
2. Why does govt give so much allowance to companies when it comes to tax but stringent on individual tax payers?
3. Does it really take up to 20 years to build a functioning nuclear energy plant?

It's not the only factor, but it can be an important factor. And building nuclear reactors could NOT take so long - but the approval process might!
