LG and Samsung are suing the Indian government to oppose the new pricing regulations for electronic waste recycling.
According to court documents, South Korea's LG and Samsung companies have sued the Indian government to revoke a policy that increases payments to electronic waste recyclers. These two companies, along with Other large enterprises, have challenged the country's Eco-friendly Concept regulations on the grounds of impact on Business.
