I was looking at the charts today and just wanted to share something that stood out to me, SREITs vs S&P 500 over the past few months. Let's just say… I'm glad I didn't go all in on US stocks.
SREITs didnt soar, but they really helped cushion the blow.
If I only held S&P 500, I will probably be feeling like this:
I am a Diversification Uncle. Sometimes it just quietly does its thing. And I can still have my free kopi!
