1) interest rate cut eventually make borrowing cheaper and less interest expenses payable
2) Trump strike a trade deal with everyone and reduce tariff to the lowest or even completely remove it

there could be a short squeeze coming up as the date for dividend is getting nearer and nearer since short seller need to cover the price position plus the dividend which is a lot, especially when the price keep going up. good luck everyone and hope and price don't drop so much after ex dividend
