Midac Holdings <6564> announced on the 11th that it will acquire all shares of Ohira Kousan and make it a subsidiary, and that the company will correspond to a specified subsidiary. Ohira Kousan established a stable final disposal site in 1974, and has been operating a managed final disposal site opened in 1985 to the present, headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo. Ohira Kousan obtained ISO 14001 in 1997 and aims to achieve a sustainable circular society by thoroughly implementing management in accordance with international standards.
