Dawn <2303> announced on the 10th its financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2025 (June 2024 - February 2025). Revenue increased by 9.2% year-on-year to 1.053 billion yen, operating profit rose by 7.2% to 0.354 billion yen, ordinary profit grew by 5.3% to 0.361 billion yen, and quarterly net profit was up by 5.0% to 0.255 billion yen. While promoting the core strategy of the mid-term management plan for fiscal 2022, which is to deepen the Gov-tech market, it is also focusing on the creation of social issue-solving services and M&A.

The Financial Estimates for the year-end lump-sum Dividends for the fiscal year ending May 2025 were raised from the previous 22 yen to 24 yen (the previous year's actual was 20 yen). In the fiscal year ending May 2025, recurring revenue from various cloud play services such as Live 119, Live-X, disaster prevention apps, and crime prevention apps is steadily increasing. This includes entrusted development related to the initial setup of cloud play services and system development in an on-premises environment.
